Your go-to screen for working with Rupert

The Dashboard helps you and your team start using Rupert and find main actions. It contains a summary of latest events and engagement with your alerts and helpful tips on how to increase them.


What can be found in the Dashboard


Quick actions

Access to the most important things to do in Rupert:

Create alert

Takes you directly to the Alert Creator screen where you can find the sandbox environment and play with the demo alerts or start creating alerts based on your data.

Manage alerts

Takes you to the Alerts Manager, where you can view and manage all your existing alerts and their past deliveries, track their engagement and work with your drafts.

Explore assets

Takes you to the Assets tab, where you'll find all the imported assets from your connected data sources. Here you can also create new SQL based assets, if you have a DWH connected to Rupert.

Handle sources

Takes you to the Manage Sources screen, where you can connect new sources and manage existing connections.

Manage users

Takes you to the Users tab, this is where you can give access to Rupert and add team members to collaborate and create alerts with.

ℹ️ If you need a system admin to connect your data source to Rupert, this is where you can give them access to do so.


New alert opportunities

If you have a data source connected, Rupert will suggest you with assets to build business impactful alerts. These assets can also be used for data monitoring.

If you haven't connected a source yet, Rupert will provide you with a demo asset you can experiment with.


Track existing alerts

Here you can find a snapshot of your top performing alerts, engagement - wise and recent deliveries.

You can also see a summary of trigger types, delivery frequency and other useful information.

The Feed

Here you can find recent engagement events, scheduled alerts and alert health info.


Workspace setup

This is a visualization of your organization's setup status. You can find steps to complete along with optional ones.
