Here you can find all deliveries and their results. Drill down alerts and specific deliveries to see how recipients interact and engage with the alerts.

What can be found in the main screen
The default view is per delivery with total engagement events metrics
Click "Per alert" to view a list of all alerts sorted by their last delivery time
Use the sort and filters to view the alerts you care about
The recipients column will show to whom the alert was sent per delivery or who are the intended recipients when looking at the "Per alert" view

Hover over the engagement bar to see the events distribution
Manage alerts - actions menu
To manage an alert, hover over it and click the actions menu on the right.
The actions you can take are:
Edit alert- open the alert in edit mode
Duplicate alert- duplicate the alert including it's recipients in edit mode
Pause alert - stop alerts from triggering. This options allow you to keep the alert and resume it in a later time
ℹ️ Paused alerts the are edited and saved will resume automatically!
Resume alert - selecting this option allows you to resume any paused alert
Delete alert- this will permanently delete your alert
Download to CSV - download a CSV of the engagement events with their timestamp (UTC). Events are displayed per alert and not per delivery / variant
To drill deeper, click the title of an alert. This will take you to the overview screen or fan-out rundown in case of alerts of type fan-out.
