What can be found in the main screen
Default View and Sorting Options
Default View: The default view displays a list of active/paused workflows and their engagement summary sorted by their last sample time.
Per Sample View: Click "Per sample" to see a list sampled workflows. If the sample triggered, you'll find the engagement status to the right.
Sort and Filters: Use the sorting and filtering options to focus on the workflows you are interested in.
Recipients Column: In the per sample view, the recipients column shows to whom the workflow was sent. In the per workflow view, it shows the intended recipients.

Manage workflows - actions menu
To manage an workflow, hover over it and click the actions menu on the right. The actions you can take are:
Edit workflow: Open the workflow in edit mode. You can also do so by clicking the alert name.
Duplicate alert: Duplicate the alert, including its recipients, in edit mode.
Pause/Resume workflow: Stop alerts from triggering or resume paused workflows.
ℹ️ Paused workflows that are edited and saved will resume automatically!
Delete workflow: Permanently delete your workflow.
Download activity: Download a CSV of the engagement events with their timestamps (UTC). Events are displayed per workflow, not per delivery.
Download data samples: Download a CSV of the data per sample.
