Alerts Manager: Overview Screen

Compare engagement between deliveries and identify trends to improve your alerts

The alert / variant overview screen is where you can get a deeper understanding of the engagement and compare it per delivery. Identify engagement trends stickiness.

Easily compare deliveries and identify increase/decrease in engagement.



How to get to the overview screen

In the main screen of the Alerts Manager, click the alert's title or specific variant's title in case of a fan-out alert type.


What can be found in the overview screen

The top part of the screen

Includes the total stats for this alert including number of deliveries, current number of recipients and the total engagement divided to reactions and interactions with all deliveries.

Reactions include:

  • Comments (replies)

  • Emojis

  • Feedback (thumbs up/down)

Interactions include:

  • Forward

  • Action taken (using an action button)

  • Hyperlink click

  • Explorations (interacting with the report in the source)

Manage alert- actions menu

To manage an alert, hover over it and click the actions menu on the right.

The actions you can take are:

  • Edit alert- open the alert in edit mode

  • Duplicate alert- duplicate the insight including it's recipients in edit mode

  • Delete alert- this will permanently delete your insight

  • Download to CSV - download a CSV of the engagement events with their timestamp (UTC). Events are displayed per alert and not per delivery / variant


The bottom part of the screen

Includes all deliveries made for the alert. For each delivery, you can see the engagement per that specific delivery.

The color scheme can help you identify trends in engagement. For example, an increase or decrease in positive / negative feedback.

  • Hover over each cell to view the recipients who engaged. Use the "Click to inspect" to view the activity log and user journeys for a specific event

  • Toggle the view to see unique recipients' events

  • To drill down into a specific delivery's activity log, click the delivery timestamp
