View engagement events for a specific delivery and analyze recipients journeys

The activity log helps you analyze recipients journeys for each delivery of your alert.



How to get to the activity log

From the main screen

Click the delivery next number to the title

From the alert / variant overview screens

1. Click the delivery timestamp

2. Click to inspect button

Hover over the engagement bar and use the "Click to inspect" button to see the activity log filtered by that specific event type


Recipients' journey

Click the recipient image to view their complete journey for the delivery


Filter the activity log

You can use the filters, located on the right, to filter the log by a specific engagement type

Use the user filter to view the complete user journey for the delivery


Move between deliveries

Use the arrows to move between deliveries
