Workflow Manager: Overview Screen

Compare engagement between deliveries and identify trends to improve your workflows

The workflow overview screen provides a comprehensive understanding of engagement trends, allowing you to compare them across different deliveries. Easily identify and analyze engagement stickiness, and detect any increases or decreases in engagement for better insights.



How to get to the overview screen

In the main screen of the Workflow Manager, click the "See more" next to the workflow/ sample.


What can be found in the overview screen

The top part of the screen

Includes the total stats for this workflow including number of deliveries, current number of recipients and the total engagement divided to reactions and interactions with all deliveries.

Reactions include:

  • Replies

  • Emojis

  • Quick comments

  • Acknowledgments

  • Suggestions

Interactions include:

  • Impressions

  • Action taken (using an action button)

  • Hyperlink click

  • Explore report

Manage workflow - actions menu

To manage an workflow, hover over it and click the actions menu on the right.

The actions you can take are:

  • Edit workflow - open the workflow in edit mode

  • Duplicate workflow - duplicate the insight including it's recipients in edit mode

  • Pause / resume workflow

  • Delete workflow- this will permanently delete your insight

  • Download activity - download a CSV of the engagement events with their timestamp (UTC). Events are displayed per workflow and not per delivery


Detailed delivery information

The bottom part of the screen includes all deliveries made for the workflow. For each delivery, you can see the engagement specific to that delivery.

  • Color Scheme: The color scheme helps you identify trends in engagement, such as increases or decreases in unsubscribes.

  • Hover Feature: Hover over each cell to view the recipients who engaged.

  • Inspect Feature: Use the "Click to inspect" option to view the activity log and user journeys for a specific event.

  • Toggle View: Toggle the view to see events for unique recipients.

To drill down into a specific delivery's activity log, click the delivery timestamp
