Manage alerts - actions menu

To manage an alert, hover over it and click the actions menu on the right. The actions you can take are:

  • Edit alert: Open the alert in edit mode.

  • Duplicate alert: Duplicate the alert, including its recipients, in edit mode.

  • Pause/Resume alert: Stop alerts from triggering or resume paused alerts.

ℹ️ Paused alerts that are edited and saved will resume automatically!

  • Delete alert: Permanently delete your alert.

  • Download activity: Download a CSV of the engagement events with their timestamps (UTC). Events are displayed per alert, not per delivery.

  • Download data samples: Download a CSV of the sampled data per delivery. This contains only data that triggered the alert and is only available per delivery.

To drill deeper, click the title of an alert. This will take you to the overview screen
